Transcript: 1. Choose your location
Open the England-and-Wales preparation page. Read the current status and choose “Check my fit and begin”. The location step keeps England and Wales selected, while still allowing you to correct it.

Read the service availability notice and the draft-only explanation. The continue button stays disabled until you accept. When only the questionnaire is available, the notice explains that AI review and generation are paused and no payment is taken.

After accepting, work through the questions and review your answers. Keep your browser tab open. The summary and progress indicators help you see what remains. A completed questionnaire is still not a will.
What comes after the demonstration
Review your input, resolve conflicts and confirm scope before any purchase or draft generation. When enabled, the generated document must pass the required checks before delivery. Read it, arrange professional review where needed, and complete the applicable signing process.
The video does not demonstrate live AI quality, professional approval or a real payment. Those require separate acceptance evidence.
